-Mr. Chandrasekaran, Director Assurance of Albazie Co, Kuwait, says that he is successful in his life due to his parents. He learnt values and ideals from his mother and discipline with culture from his father who served in the Indian Army.

For the sake of his children, who were studying in Trichy, his father decided to stay alone while he was serving in the Indian Army in order not to disturb the education of his children. He used to give full liberty to his children in the matter of studies and entertainment and at the same time he insisted on discipline, honesty and punctuality to his children. He gave encouragement and support to develop the talents of his children.

He taught his children the reality of life, self confidence and be independent in order to suceed on our own merits without expecting favour from others. He also insisted that we have to be satisfied and be happy with whatever we have and should not be worried about the things that are not available with us. He insisted that we need to thank God for all the things we have and help others who do not have these things.

Chandrasekar completed his schooling from E. R. High School, Trichy, Pre-University Course (PUC) from St. Josephs College, Trichy and B.Com from Madras Christian College in 1980. He qualifed as a Chartered Accountant in May 1984 in the first attempt by securing a rank in the top fifty students who passed this examination and was awarded Prize for the best paper in Company Law
He went to Bombay ,where his elder brother was working in Telecommunication Department and joined Price Waterhouse and worked for two years. In May 1986, he joined Albazie & co Kuwait, through his friend who was his colleague in Pricewaterhouse and who had joined Albazie & Co in May 1985. He worked until 1990, as Senior Auditor In-Charge in this firm.

At that time of Kuwait Occupation by Iraq, he went back to Mumbai and worked with Wockhardt Pharmaceutical Company in the Internal Audit Department.

In 1991 he got married. After the liberation of Kuwait in 1991, he was called by his employer and he came back to Kuwait in July 1991. At that time the work pressure was very high in the office and further, because of the situation in Kuwait, he was not able to arrange for his wife’s visa in order for her to come to Kuwait. Hence he decided to go back to India and to start his own audit firm. He started his own firm at Chennai in India. The nature of the audit profession requires very good contacts and confidence and trust from companies.

Although his practice was gaining momentum slowly, due to his stay abroad at Kuwait for 5 years, he could not settle down in his practice very well.
