- India’s economic growth is on the upward march currently, resulting in higher disposable income, changing life-styles, and emerging trends to seek more comforts in life . The projection says that by 2030 India will be worlds third largest economy next only to the US and China. This also leads to a cascading effect to create more business, more investments, wealth creation and so on .Leave alone career / personal growth.

The so called long time NRIs had completed this cycle even before and today, their remittances are a big factor contributing to India’s sustainable growth. As a privileged son of Mr. M.D.WILLIAMS , a Senior Advocate & District Notary Public, in Trivandrum, Rexzcy did his graduation from University College, Trivandrum and moved on to Pondicherry Central University for his Masters in International Relations (M.A) and also obtained his MBA from School of Management Pondicherry University . Though Rexzcy’s ambition was to become a bureaucrat in the Indian Foreign Service ,he was diverted to the business line under the influence of his grand father , a leading business man. The inspiring forces behind him in addition to his Dad are his mother Mrs. Stella Williams and his sister Reena Williams, who is a practicing lawyer at Trivandrum .

Rexzcy landed in Kuwait in 2002 starting his career with Al- Shaya – Mazda Division and later joined MOASHK-, Investments Division of Mohamed Ashkanani International Group of Companies, in 2006 , which is a reputed Business Group for the last 40 years . The company represents all Indian Asset Management Companies like Reliance, SBI,TATA, Birla, ICICI, UTI,HDFC etc. in Kuwait & Qatar. They also represent HDFC HOME LOANS in Kuwait where NRIs can get their Loan requirements approved in Kuwait. Recently they have started operations in the Real Estate sector also, where they provide Real Estate solutions anywhere in India, backed by HDFC Home Loans.

What are Rexzcy’s personal qualities …?

From his days of withdrawal nature in childhood, Rexzcy was brought to fore front on stage by his father right when he was 7 yrs old. “My Dad made sure that I participate in all the elocution and public speaking competitions which I was very much hesitant .Later in life it proved to be of great help in public interactions both in professional & personal life ” .With this strength , he had accomplished many achievements at school, University & All India levels. . To name a few, he came First and was chosen for the Best Parliamentarian Honor in the “National Youth Parliament” by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Govt. of India, and also participated in “International Model United Nations Assembly”. In the National Debate competitions he represented the State of Kerala at Kolkata, National Declamation contest at Jammu University ,National Adventure Programme at Madhya Pradesh, South India Youth Festivals……..and so on.
